A man in his 30s remains in hospital in a stable condition according to police, after suffering serious injuries to his stomach.
Officers received reports that a man had been stabbed on Bolingbroke Road in Mile Cross shortly after 8.20pm yesterday, 13th May.
The victim was taken to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for treatment.
Forensic enquiries are ongoing and a cordon remains in place at the scene, while detectives are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Anyone who saw anything, or has dash cam or CCTV footage in the Bolingbroke Road and Marshall Road areas, are asked to call 101.
