Following an investigation, it has been determined there was no third party involvement in the death of a 45-year-old woman last year.
Police were called to the Magpie Inn, Little Stonham, by the ambulance service just before 3.30am on Sunday 10th November 2019.
A woman who was reported to be unresponsive and receiving treatment from paramedics, died at the scene a short time later.
She was identified as Irina Kuzmina, from Purfleet in Essex, pending formal Coroner's inquest proceedings which a file will now be prepared for.
A 52-year-old woman from Dagenham, who was arrested on suspicion of murder, will no longer face police action for the accusation.
However, she has been summonsed to appear at Ipswich Magistrates' Court on 17th July, where she will be formally charged with two counts of common assault.
This follows allegations both the deceased and her partner were assaulted during the party.
